Privacy policy
We don't have accounts, we don't sell personal information, and your location never leaves your browser.
Your location
When you enter a ZIP code or tap Use my location, distances are worked out in your browser. Your ZIP code or coordinates are not sent to us or put in any web address. The location is kept in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
Directions links open Google Maps with the facility's address only. Google Maps may then ask for your location on its own.
What you send us
The Report a change and List your facility forms send us what you type, such as the facility name, the problem, details and an email address if you give one, along with the time it arrived. We use it to review the listing and to reply to you. We don't use it for marketing.
If you email us, we get your email address and message and use them to answer you.
What stays on your device
The site saves the last city page you visited in your browser's local storage so it can offer it again. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, described below. We don't run advertising scripts.
Outside services
Some parts of the site load from other companies, which receive your IP address and browser details when they do:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and handles every request to it. On the forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts.
- OpenStreetMap serves the map tiles when you switch a city page to Map view. The map shows the facilities, not your location.
- Google Analytics counts page views and clicks on some listing buttons, using cookies. Google may estimate a general area from your IP address. We don't send it the ZIP code or location you enter, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
Each follows its own privacy policy.
Facility websites
Listings link to facility websites. Once you leave this site, the facility's own privacy policy applies.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. To ask about your information or have a message you sent deleted, email [email protected].
